06.1.99 Nintendo 64 Emulator I've posted an emulator for those of you who don't have it yet. You can get it here. -Shaun Major Halflife Update! Yet another Halflife update is here. It's version 1.0.1.0 2.4MB Get it here. PERMEDIA PLANET FOLLOW UP! -Shaun 05.26.99 Diamond Thrives! On Saturday, DiamondMM leaped in joy because of selling the most Permedia2 graphics cards. "Creative was close!" they said but they were to proud to care about Creative. They also noted that they should have have a Permedia3 card out in July. It might be called, Diamond Raptor XL Pro. -Shaun Total Annihilation Ok, for those of you who want to have a one on one battle over the net, your going to need the following-Intel Pentium3 500MHz, or AMD K6-3 500MHz Processor. 196MB Ram, 1024x768 Resolution with a 10GB Harddisk and a 56k modem. Both Expansions packs need to be Installed. Total Annihilation uses way to much CPU performance so thats why I recommend those CPUS. Try it for your self, Its true, and infact, there is one level that uses 285MB ram and its 1560x2200 tiles Big!!!. Compare this to the biggest Star Craft level which is 256x256 tiles. Overkill!!?? not for a hardcore gamer. Also get the latest patch for the game. If you've never seen the game before, head on over to Cave Dog and have a look! -Shaun Permedia2b Note This is a quick reminder for those of you who have a Permedia2b chip. Do not overclock the chip past 105MHz because visual problems start to occur. We experienced the problem with frontpage 98 and Age Of Empires. -Shaun Application Crackz Because there are so many applications out there that are trialware, there are crackz to be made. Anyway, email Mark about any requests and or if you are offended or are a employee of the company and need the crack removed. We need your input on what to get. It could be Publisher 98, Winzip7 or something like that.A little about crackz-What are Crackz!!!??? Crackz are little utils that go into the trialware program and tweak it to full version. Since these crackz are so small, there not illegal therefore is safe for anyone to use. But please do not abuse this feature. Crackz are like MP3's where you dont have to buy anything. Kinda like try before you buy. -Shaun More Permedia Boards To Come There still is yet two more Permedia3 boards from 3Dlabs to come. The Permedia3 Create is the low end Permedia3 board which is now out. The two new boards are aimed at serious gamers and application building. This is the current difference between the three--- 3Dlabs Permedia3 Create $199 US 300MHz Ramdac 32MB SGRAM at 180MHz 3Dlabs Permedia3 Gamer Aimed $299 US 300MHz Ramdac 32MB SGRAM at 200MHz TV-Out 800x600 NTSC and 1027x656 PAL 3Dlabs Permedia3 Pro Aimed $399 US 350MHz Ramdac 32MB SGRAM at 200MHz TV-Out 800x600 NTSC and 1027x656 PAL LCD Output support Higher Permedia3 Clock Speed! Although these cards are much improved over the current card, much of this comes from the cash that is involved. Find out more about Permedia3 Create from 3Dlabs. -Shaun Permedia3 Create Announced! Finally, the first real Permedia3 board has arrived, and let me point out that it has a 300MHz ramdac and high speed 180MHz SG-RAM. Thou there was one draw back, not getting the full 200mhz ram speed, this board still is a must for App fans. Away from this, the board is great. It has all the features of the TNT2 Ultra but beats it in many benchmarks. Find out more of this board by heading over to 3Dlabs. -Shaun About The Banner I've put the banner down at the bottom of the screen to keep this site free. If you are the people who are reading this. Tell me and I'll do something else if down there isn't good enough. -Shaun Back I'm back and will update the site again. Just thought to let you know. -Shaun 05.21.99 Away I'll be away from today till tuesday (05.25.99) because I'm going on a small trip with my family to the cabin but I will catch up with the news next Tuesday. -Shaun Site Update6 The Links pages are done and that about raps most of things up! Now I can focus on news! -Shaun 05.20.99 Site Update5 Once more, I've finished MP3 and crackz page. Now on to the links, this should be interesting. I'm going for ICQ soon too! Find out more about ICQ here. -Shaun 05.19.99 Permedia4??? About two days ago, I was told about the possibility of an even newer Graphics processor, the Permedia4. Although this is just a rumor, head on over to the information center and check out the future specs. -Shaun Netscape Communicator 4.6 Last night, I decided to head on over to net search and guess what, I found Netscape 4.6. This update fixes tonnes of bugs in the older 4.5 and 4.4 versions. Head on over to Netscape to find out more. -Shaun Site Update4 Lots will be done today including the MP3 search engine and maybe even the crackz page. Gotton some more script issueing many Netscape problems. Although I don't recommend Netscape, I should still have some support for it. -Shaun News Flash! With the help of everyone who has helped me over the last few days, my page has reached 10000 visitors. With this amount of visitors, more updates will made and news will come quicker. Once again, thanx everyone for your support. Will update this again when I reach 100000 visitors. -Shaun 05.18.99 Site Update3 Once again, more stuff has been updated on my site today, I've spent a good two hours getting some of the htmls up and linking on the site. Question:Do you like the way the sites going?, email me, tell me because I need opinion's from you. -Shaun Office 2000 Pro just thought to let you know, Office 2000 Pro is out and it's bigger than ever. It includes Word 2000, Outlook 2000, Powerpoint 2000, Photo Draw 2000, Excel 2000, and the list goes on. Anyway, if you've got US $649 CAN $999 then this product will fit snug into your machine. Also don't forget its 500MB~1000MB hard disk space so if you have less than 5GB, it's not really on your ally I would think. More to come when I get it! -Shaun 05.17.99 Site Update2 I've been working on the site again today. I think it's coming along pretty good. New part in the site, Mark, an assistant will be controlling the files and Patches so If you report a broken link, send an email his way. This site has came a long way, I think I will call this Version 1.0, the really only one that will stay. Advertising is great, thanx to Jeff! (Thanks Jeff). -Shaun 05.16.99 Site Update Updating the page throughout today and it's looking good. I've made two new email accounts and even got most java in. Netscape would not allow me to put in any 3DRML java so I scraped the Netscape Idea. This site is IE4 or better site, anyway by now you should have IE5 because IE5 is better than Netscape 4.5. Netscape will only get good again when 5 comes out but untill then, it's IE5. -Shaun
